Frequently asked questions

How long is the rental period?

Standard rentals are 4 hours. Extra time may be added for an additional fee if requested in advance.

What areas do you serve?

We deliver across the Birmingham, AL area and surrounding cities. If you’re outside of our regular service area, we may still be able to accommodate your event—just ask!

Is there a deposit required to book?

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance (including delivery) is due before setup on event day.

What surfaces can the playset be set up on?

Our play zones can be set up indoors or outdoors on flat, dry surfaces (grass, turf, concrete, or flooring). Outdoor setups must be under shade or covered to protect children and equipment.

Do you charge extra for last-minute bookings?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date is available, especially during busy seasons.

Do you clean the equipment?

Absolutely! All play equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every event to ensure a safe, hygienic play experience.

What if it rains?

If your event is outdoors, we recommend having an indoor backup space. In the case of severe weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule (subject to availability).

Can adults go in the play area?

The play zones are designed for children ages 1–5 only. Adults may assist little ones as needed, but please no adult play inside the setup.

How do I book?

Simply click the “Book Now” button on our website, choose your package, and secure your date with a deposit. You’ll receive an email confirmation with details about delivery, setup, and final payment.
